We provide management services for properties owned by our affiliated entities. We maintain the buildings we own in excellent condition, both aesthetically and functionally, and our first priority is always meeting the needs of our tenants. We are a family business, and our tenants can always speak to one of the owners regarding any concerns they may have about their space or the building it is in. The owners, Robert, David, and Aaron Max previously owned a retail business, and having managed office buildings since 1991, have a keen understanding of the needs and challenges of both our retail and office tenants.
